How to Become a Student

We are currently accepting applications for enrollment in 5th grade at The Nativity School of Harrisburg. Eligibility is determined by the Federal Income Poverty Lines.  Additionally, students must reside in the Harrisburg School District. All Applications must be completed online.

All documentation listed below must be received before admission is granted. 

Students doing a meditation

Application Requirements

  • Copy of Federal and State Tax returns (1040 Form) and any other source of income (social security, cash assistance, food stamps, etc.)
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of social security card
  • Grade school transcripts (3rd - 4th grade)
  • Copy of health records
  • Copy of Evaluation Report or IEP if applicable
  • Students MUST reside in the Harrisburg School District
  • Proof of Residence (Copy of Lease - student name must be on lease)
