How to Become a Student

We are currently accepting applications for enrollment in 5th grade at The Nativity School of Harrisburg. Eligibility is determined by the Federal Income Poverty Lines.  Additionally, students must reside in the Harrisburg School District. All Applications must be completed online.

All documentation listed below must be received before admission is granted. 

Students doing a meditation

Application Requirements

  • Copy of Federal and State Tax returns (1040) and any other source of income (social security, cash assistance, food stamps, etc.)
  • 6th grade Physical
  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of social security card
  • Grade school transcripts (3rd - 5th grade)
  • Copy of health records
  • Copy of IEP
  • Tour of school and student interview
  • Students MUST reside in the Harrisburg School District
